Guest Relations Representatives assist our sales team by:
- Having a GREAT Attitude
- Processing cash and credit transactions
- Answering a multi-line phone system
- Processing sales in our computer system
- Ordering sold and stock merchandise
- Interfacing between multiple departments
- Using multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment
- Other job-related duties as assigned
