The Instructional Coach will play a key role in supporting educators by providing coaching, professional development, and guidance to enhance instructional practices. The coach will collaborate with teachers to design and refine curriculum, deliver actionable feedback, and support the implementation of effective teaching strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandler, AZ, requiring active involvement with staff and students to ensure academic success and growth.
- Experience in Curriculum Development and familiarity with best practices for effective curriculum design
- Strong skills in Coaching and providing targeted feedback to educators to enhance teaching and learning
- Proficiency in Educational Leadership and the ability to guide teachers toward achieving instructional excellence
- Experience in Staff Development and implementing professional learning opportunities
- Solid understanding of Education principles, pedagogy, and classroom practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative educational environment
- Ability to analyze data and use it to inform instructional improvements
- Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field is preferred
