Are you looking to switch gears to go in a new direction.We're Looking for the right fit to hire now!!!We're hiring now for the spring season. Schedule is flexible but mostly we're looking for people looking to work full time hours from now until the end of May. While we're hiring for this spring season but we usually find at least 1-2 people that fit great with the team, and we keep them on year round.Here are a few descriptions of what we are looking for:1.) Planting, Production, & Shipping - Looking for individuals who can understand orders, tasks & are motivated by improving their performance. Need dependable hard workers, willing to get dirty, work with others, and also be able to work alone at times.2.) Workers - In the Greenhouses there are several things that we have to do that just can't be put to words in one ad. If you enjoy physical work and work hard, there is always room for you.3.) Organization - Also may be looking for someone that enjoys physical labor but also is good at organizing details and can work well assisting others at our business. Someone who can help us stay ahead when things get busy.4.) Must have reliable transportationIMPORTANT, PLEASE READ!!!............................While we ourselves are NOT perfect, we are a Christian organization looking for safe, trustworthy, dependable workers. We pride ourselves in creating a healthy work atmosphere. No experience is needed but we are looking for people who take pride in accomplishing more than what is set in front of them. Those who would consider themselves an overachiever! We are hoping for full time hours, but we do work with different schedules. Need to be willing to get dirty, understand instructions, and push yourself. Work is very fast paced where you would need to be able to move quickly and do a good amount of walking. You must able to be on your feet , willing to sweat at work and go home tired.We are always looking for the right people year round or seasonal. Our BUSY season starts in Now until the end of May.
