Experience
- Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles within a grocery store or similar retail environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in a fast-paced setting; ability to manage teams effectively.
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for diverse customer engagement.
- Proficiency in retail math, pricing strategies, sales management, and merchandising techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory control tools, payroll processing, and basic bookkeeping practices.
- Experience in recruiting, training & development of staff, and conducting interviews is essential.
