Position
Residential Construction Crew Member (Foreman opportunities available for qualified candidates)
What You’ll Do
As part of our team, you’ll assist with a variety of residential construction projects, including:
- New home construction
- Home remodeling
- Framing
- Siding
- Roofing
- Deck building
- Installing windows and doors
- General job site preparation and cleanup
- Working alongside a skilled crew to complete projects safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to report to our Brooklyn, Michigan area job sites each day
- Basic construction knowledge preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Own tool belt and basic hand tools are a plus
