What are the responsibilities and job description for the Jobsite Superintendent - Commercial Construction position at J.M. Stitt Construction, Inc.?
We are a Commercial General Contractor located in Corona, CA seeking a highly motivated, traveling Jobsite Superintendent to join our team for a restaurant project in Eagle Pass, TX. Background in retail/commercial construction with site work/ground up experience. We are licensed throughout the US and have a need for a candidate to be willing to travel on a regular basis. Responsibilities and Qualifications include but not limited to:
- Review blueprints and facilitate the job according to the plans and specifications.
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Send daily reports to project manager
- Interface with project manager, inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain clean work environment and high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Prioritize SAFETY in workplace
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- OSHA 30 hour certification
- Deadline and detail-oriented
