Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, receiving materials and products, and picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, and/or shipping products using forklift and pallet jack. Maintain receiving/shipping logs and make sure that incoming and outgoing products and materials are in good condition. Move materials to the production area using the FEFO standard

Reports To: Distribution supervisor
EssentialDuties and Responsibilities:
Must be able tooperatea forklift in a safe manner.
Loading and unloading trucks.
Receivethe material.
Moving material.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Demonstrate and promote asolution-basedpositive attitude in meeting goals and objectives.
Ensure housekeeping standards aremaintainedwith an eye for detail.
Promote and ensure a safe work environment.
Deliver quality products and services through adherence to company standards and operating procedures.

Must be able to stay on task, performing essential job duties, with an elevated level of accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)required.
Experience usingan RFGun or WMS inventory trackingsystemhandheld.
Must pass the forklift certification training program.
Must pass a forklift written test and practical assessment.
Must be able toeffectively read,comprehend, interpret, record, and apply information from documents.
Provenhistoryofgoodattendance.
Capabilityto work well in a team environmentand be willing to help solve problems and implement solutionswith diverse employees.
A willingnessto flow toworkto meet the needs of the business.
Additionalskillsand experience that we thinkwould make someone successful in this role:
Previouswork experiencein a manufacturing warehouse and/or distribution environment.
Safelyoperatepowered industrial equipment and follow allcompany safetyRules& GoodManufacturing Practices (GMP's).
Work Environment:
This joboperatesin adistributionenvironment. The noise level in the work environment and manufacturing sites can be high.
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to talk and hear.
Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Able to lift objects up to 50 poundsfrequently.
May push and pull heavy trash carts, dough carts, portable equipment, and catch pans.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depthperception,and ability to adjust focus.

Machines/Tools Used:
Forklifts, electric and manual floor jacks, computer systems, and other department specific tools.All tools and equipment whichare required tobe used by the employees shall be supplied and kept in repair by the Employer at no cost to the employee. These items must be kept on the premises.
