- Communicating errors to Entry Writers and Compliance team
- Ensure proper tariffs and duty amounts are being applied for imports

- Associates degree
- Must possess an attention to detail and thorough communication/customer service skills
- The ability to multi-task
- Experience in Microsoft outlook
- Proficiency in data-entry and adobe PDF
