Work in a team office environment to open and distribute files in a high-volume Customs clearance process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Open import files to pass to the import entry team
- Assist to properly distribute the workload among the opening team
- Verify arrival information with Airlines/NVOCC's/ Steamship Lines, etc
- Issue Payment requests
- Answer frontline questions from clients and departments
- Pass pertinent documents to specific departments
Job Requirements:
- Associates degree
- Must possess an attention to detail and thorough communication/customer service skills
- The ability to multi-task
- Experience in Microsoft outlook
- Proficiency in data-entry and adobe PDF
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
