Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time AM Shift Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are serious about their work and committed to maintaining clean, safe, and well-organized facilities. As a key member of our maintenance and custodial team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning, janitorial, and custodial tasks during the morning hours. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure our environment remains welcoming, hygienic, and efficiently maintained. This position offers an excellent opportunity for those with experience in commercial cleaning, floor care, or facilities maintenance to contribute their skills in a dynamic setting.
This location will need to use a smart phone to clock in each service day. SERVICES: MON, WED, FRI AND SAT
If a couple 3:00hrs a person to make 6:00hr total time. MUST STAY THE WHOLE LENGTH OF TIME! If one cleaner MUST STAY THE WHOLE 6HRS.
7:30-10:30 couples or 7:30-12:30 Single Cleaner

Daily Maintenance:
1. SALES FLOOR VCT CLEANING (EACH SERVICE DAY)
a.Detail sweep ALL VCT areas including sales floor, hallway, break room, and training room.
b. Scrub (each service – see Store VCT Detailed Scrubbing & Buffing map) VCT front end, all raceway and finger aisles, hallway, break room, and training room.
c. Burnish (each service – see VCT Detailed Scrubbing & Buffing map) VCT front end, all raceway and finger aisles, hallway, break room, and training room.
d. If the store has helix mat, it must be vacuumed and cleaned underneath.
2. SALES FLOOR CONCRETE CLEANING (EACH SERVICE DAY)
a. Detail sweep ALL CONCRETE areas including sales floor, hallway, break room, and training room.
b. Scrub (each service – see map) Concrete front end, all raceway and finger aisles, hallway, hallway, break room, and training room.
c. Concrete floors should be scrubbed with a non-abrasive pad and a neutral cleaner suited for concrete floors.
3. VESTIBULE (EACH SERVICE DAY)
a. Wipe down all sills.
b. Detail clean the thresholds and spot clean the vestibule carpet.
c. If the store has stainless steel column wraps, these need to be cleaned.
d. Clean storefront glass the entire length of the inside and outside below doorframe and remove any cobwebs on a weekly basis. (to be done once per week)
e. If the store has helix mat, it must be vacuumed and cleaned underneath.
4. SALES FLOOR CARPET CLEANING (EACH SERVICE DAY)
a. Vacuum ALL carpeted areas including Fitness, Golf, Footwear and Apparel departments as well as the Fitting Rooms (see Store Detail Vacuuming Route Plan map). b. Spots clean ALL carpet stains and remove gum in ALL carpeted areas.
5. SALES FLOOR RUBBER MATS – Fitness (EACH SERVICE DAY)
a. Remove all surface soil, debris, sand and grit by sweeping or dust mopping ALL rubber mats.
b. Twice (2x) Per Week - Damp mop Entire Rubber Mats using neutral pH cleaner.
6. SALES FLOOR WOOD FLOOR – Footwear/Fitting room/Apparel (EACH SERVICE DAY)
a. Remove all surface soil, debris, and grit by sweeping or dust mopping ALL wood floor areas.
b. Twice (2x) Per Week - Damp mop ALL wood flooring with using neutral pH cleaner.
7. SALES FLOOR MIRRORS (EACH SERVICE DAY)
a. Clean ALL mirrors in footwear, sales floor, and apparel.
8. FITTING ROOMS (EACH SERVICE DAY)
a. Detail cleaning including corners and edges.
b. Vacuum Floors/Dust Mop.
c. Damp Mop Floors.
d. Clean Mirrors Streak Free.
e. Remove stickers on all surfaces.
f. Spot Clean Wall Surfaces/remove dust.
9. TRASH CANS (EACH SERVICE DAY)
a. Daily Empty Interior Trash Cans on Sales Floor, Bathrooms, Registers, and Back of House.
10. REST ROOM CLEANING (EACH SERVICE DAY)
a. Clean and disinfect toilet seats, toilet surfaces, urinals, sinks, countertops, entrance push plates, and handles.
b. Wipe clean surface of all dispensers and baby changing station.
c. Wipe down rest room partitions (this includes the stainless-steel wraps around the restroom partitions) and spot clean walls around dispensers.
d. Wipe clean tile base.
e. Floor tile and grout must be kept clean. To be deep cleaned with grout cleaner as needed.
f. Clean mirrors free of streaks.
g. Clean area under hand dryers (stainless steel plate or easy to clean grout) h. Clean doors, door jams and kick plates.
i. Refill all dispensers using Academy supplies.
11. MONTHLY MAINTENANCE
a. Vestibule -Clean inside & outside storefront windows above doorframe & remove high cobwebs on a monthly basis.
b. Restrooms – Machine scrub all tile and grout completely.
c. Dressing Room – Machine Scrub LVT flooring
d. Clean all corners and ensure they are free of dust, dirt, and webs (as high as can be reached with extension pole)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $14.01 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
