What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Installer position at J.M. Johnson, LLC d/b/a Johnson Home Improvements?
Local, reputable home improvement company that has been serving our tri-state area since 1992, is seeking a Lead Installer to join our team.
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE HOME IMPROVEMENT FIELD with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead position.
As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for installing/repairing seamless gutters, soffit, fascia, siding and roofs while working off of ladders/walkboards as high as 40 ft.
CANNOT BE AFRAID OF HEIGHTS, MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND BE ON TIME EVERY DAY!
In this Lead Installer position, you must oversee and teach the Installer Helpers while working alongside them.
This candidate must be proficient in operating a metal brake. The ideal candidate must possess a D.O.T. card (for towing purposes) OR HAVE THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN ONE.
Pay will commensurate with your level of home improvement experience as well as supervisory experience.
