Job Responsibilities
- Provide support for client servicing work and follow up
- Be part of a team that works together to provide the highest level of service
- Onboard new client accounts
- Meeting preparation and break down
- Running various reports
- Complete mandated training, assessments, performance goals and continuing education requirements
- Participate in various training programs and seminars to increase performance of work
- Pursue training of financial products to suit a variety of objectives and risk levels
- Work with financial advisors to help clients to determine financial and investment needs and utilize sales skills to effectively recommend suitable financial products
- Assist financial advisor in identifying investment referral opportunities from new clients
Key Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, sales, marketing or related field
- Required to have or pass within the first 2 years – SIE Exam, Series 7, Series 66
- Self-confidence, personal integrity, and an understanding of fiduciary responsibility
- Exemplary communication, presentation, time-management, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills. Motivated to learn and succeed
- Talented at networking with businesses and personal communities
- Ability to listen to client needs and provide financial solutions
- Successful completion of background check and pre-employment assessments
- To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, without requiring, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status
