Job Title: Construction Supervisor

Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year (based on experience)

We are a fast-growing construction company based in Queens, NY, specializing in public and private sector work, including structural concrete, masonry, exterior restoration, and large-scale renovations. We are looking for a strong, experienced Construction Supervisor to lead field operations and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Position Summary
The Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed on schedule and in compliance with project specifications and safety requirements. This role is critical in driving productivity, maintaining quality, and delivering successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily construction activities on-site
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, labour crews, and deliveries
- Ensure work is performed according to drawings, specifications, and project scope
- Enforce all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Monitor project schedule and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively
- Communicate regularly with Project Managers regarding progress, delays, and needs
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure high workmanship standards
- Maintain daily reports, logs, and site documentation
- Assist with inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of construction field experience (NYC experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Proven leadership and crew management skills
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and site safety practices
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with structural concrete, masonry, and exterior restoration
- NYC DOB / MTA project experience
- OSHA 30 certification (required or willing to obtain)
- Experience managing multiple trades on-site
