Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering assistance and directing them to the appropriate service areas or personnel
- Safely operate dealership vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, to move vehicles within the lot or to designated areas
- Assist with parking and retrieving customer vehicles.
- Deliver vehicles to service bays or designated locations as needed, following all safety protocols
- Support the service team by handling light administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to coordinate vehicle movements and address guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot and surrounding areas to uphold a professional appearance
Experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Prior dealership or retail experience is advantageous but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
