Overview
We are seeking an experienced GeoTechnical Driller with 3-5 years of specialized experience to join our team. This position is ideal for a dependable, safety-focused professional with hands-on drilling experience who takes pride in quality work.
Responsibilities
- Operate geotechnical drilling rigs (e.g., CME, Mobile B, ATV, Truck-mounted or similar)
- Perform soil sampling (SPT, Shelby tube, Auger drilling, etc.)
- Follow project specifications and safety procedures
- Maintain drilling equipment and tools
- Work closely with field engineers and project managers
- Complete daily field logs and documentation
- Travel to job sites as required
Requirements
- 3-5 years of geo-technical drilling experience (required)
- Proven experience with soil sampling and drilling methods
- Strong understanding of job site safety and OSHA regulations
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy tools and perform physical labor
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL a plus, if applicable)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $29.59 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
