Role Description
The Director of Origination is a full-time, remote role based in TX. In this position, you will source and manage debt facility origination opportunities, collaborate to develop innovative financial structures, and build strong relationships within the energy & business expansion markets. Additional responsibilities include identifying and pursuing investment opportunities, managing deal pipelines, and negotiating structured finance arrangements to align with the firm's strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Debt/Credit Facility Origination for UHNWI and understanding of structured finance solutions
- Expertise in Finance and Financial Structuring
- Experience and knowledge in Energy Markets and related investment opportunities
- Strong ability to manage deal pipelines and execute complex financial transactions
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote/cloud environment in TX
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Proven track record in leadership roles within investment, finance, or related industries
- Having a pre-existing book-of-business is a plus but not required.
- Cold-Calling Experience Sales Background.
