Position Summary: The Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager is directly responsible for the overall success of the project. The primary focus will be on contract management, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and customer service. This position is located in Tarpon Springs, Florida
Job Specifications
- Ability to read and understand Contract Drawings and Specifications
- Experience drafting subcontractor scopes or work
- Contract negotiations
- Logical and organized approach to completing tasks and solving problems
- Full understanding of all Divisions of work
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Ability to forge relationships with the client base
- Ability to create, manage, and update project Schedule using industry software
- Successful track record managing projects greater than $15M
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge And Experience Requirements
- A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in project management on commercial construction projects.
- Software proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/Navisworks, On-Screen Takeoff, Procore, P6, and/or Asta Power Project preferred.
- Must have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and the ability to present information to supervisors, groups of clients, top management, or the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management Preferred
