Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver floral arrangements and related products to customers, businesses, venues, and event locations.
- Handle floral arrangements with care to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at each delivery.
- Assist with loading and organizing deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Follow delivery schedules and directions accurately.
- Represent J.Kitching Floral Designs professionally while interacting with customers.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required
- Valid automobile insurance required
- Clean and responsible driving record preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional appearance and customer-service skills
- Ability to safely handle and transport floral arrangements
- Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules
- Previous delivery, courier, floral, hospitality, or customer-service experience is a plus
