Duties
- Install signage on various surfaces—walls, poles, windows—using appropriate tools and techniques for secure placement.
- Collaborate with design teams to interpret technical drawings, layouts, and specifications for accurate production.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure optimal operation and safety compliance.
- Conduct site surveys prior to installation to assess environmental conditions and determine the best mounting solutions.
- Troubleshoot and repair existing signs, including digital signage components like LED displays or motion graphics elements.
- Ensure all signage projects meet branding standards, color accuracy (color management), and visual design principles such as typography and layout design.
- Maintain detailed records of production processes, installation schedules, and client specifications for quality assurance.
Experience
- Proven experience in sign manufacturing or related visual communication fields is highly preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and create accurate production files using layout design tools.
- Excellent presentation skills for client consultations and project walkthroughs.
- Strong safety awareness combined with the ability to work at heights or in various outdoor environments when needed.
