Our service company is looking for an upbeat, motivated, and professional Service Manager to lead our technicians and keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, supporting others, and being part of a growing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new technicians
· Lead, motivate, and support technicians throughout the day—both in the field and behind the scenes
· Review and evaluate service calls to ensure top-quality customer experiences
· Make smart, real-time weather decisions to keep operations efficient and safe
· Partner closely with the office team to keep communication clear and organized
· Oversee and maintain equipment, tools, vans, and inventory
· Represent the company at street fairs, community events, and promotions
· Handle light office and administrative tasks when needed

Requirements
· Must have or acquire commercial pesticide applicator license

· Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
· Strong time-management and decision-making skills
· Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
· Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort maintaining equipment and vehicles
· Willingness to work occasional weekends, events, or extended hours during peak season

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
