Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Sales Associate position based in Short Pump, VA. The Sales Associate will engage with customers to provide an exceptional in-store experience, assist with product selection, and ensure satisfaction by understanding individual customer needs. Responsibilities will include maintaining the store's aesthetic presentation, processing transactions, meeting sales goals, and contributing to a positive and welcoming team environment.
