Essential Job Duties
Perform grounds keeping duties at residential and commercial locations, including:
- Use power tools and equipment to perform tasks such as trimming hedges/limbs, creating new flower and rock beds and planting trees.
- Plant, water and maintain gardens and flower beds.
- Trim & prune shrubbery/trees
- Seasonal clean up of turf/bed areas and installation of bark mulch
- Assist with various tasks related to landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Operate company vehicles safely
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field required
- Knowledge of power tools and mechanical equipment
- Ability to operate machinery such as skid steer and dump trailer
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Note: This position requires the ability to be prepared for and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- You must be able to pass a DOT physical. A DOT physical includes a drug test.
Candidates for this position will be required to have a valid, unrestricted driver's license, pass a drug screen and background check, and complete a PA DOT physical
