This is an exciting Full-Time, Direct Hire opportunity to join a leading manufacturer in the area!Job Summary:As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you'll work with a diverse team to solve equipment issues and keep operations running smoothly at our Medina factory.Key Responsibilities:Lead maintenance projects from start to finishTroubleshoot and fix equipment problemsIdentify and eliminate root causes of failuresSupport production teams during your shiftPromote teamwork and problem-solvingQualifications:High School Diploma or GEDEither:A 2-year trade school degree, orWillingness to complete a 2-year PLC training program (paid by company) within 5 yearsPlus, at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, military, public, or government work, or a technical degreeWork Requirements:Must be available for overtime, weekends, holidays, and off-shift hoursPreferred Skills:5 years of maintenance experienceSkilled in troubleshooting electrical systems, including PLCs and sensorsAble to perform basic machining, welding, pipefitting, and millwright tasksCompany DescriptionAt J & J Staffing Resources our mission is simple – we want to align top employers with the best possible talent.
