ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for the disassembly, cleaning, sanitation, inspection and reassembly of production equipment and facilities, including operation of clean in place system (CIP) and clean out of place (COP). Support company policies and procedures to drive to excellence.
COMPETENCIES: Mathematical skills, operation of CIP system, chemical safety, mechanical skills, follow company and department policies, production equipment, employee safety, interpretation of chart data, labeling, and documenting, and other duties assigned by the business.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required Education: High school or equivalent
Required Experience: Understanding and ability to complete all tasks of sanitation tech, mechanical skills, working with hand tools.
