POSITION SUMMARY: Ensure the efficient operation of the plant based on established procedures. Make sure employees follow proper protocol with respect to maintenance, SOPs, GMPs and Safety Policies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Establish weekly schedule for both production and trucks based on Wish List sent by scheduling department.
- Make sure maintenance program is followed including Master Schedule, down time forms and work orders.
- Schedule personnel based on production needs and keeping to standard.
- Work with outside contractors making sure they follow proper procedures and maintain equipment.
- Ensure product quality is up to standard through equipment maintenance and employee training.
- Follow through on all capital projects. Make sure capital projects are on or under budget.
- Work with contractors to make sure all capital projects follow original request. Communicate with Plant Manager if any deviation from original capital request.
- Research pricing for parts.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Computer Skills- Excel, Word- Required
- Maintenance Experience with VFDs, motors, electrical- required
- Food Manufacturing Experience- Preferred
PAY RANGE:
$100,000 - $105,000
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Occasionally for Job Training & Business Purposes
