The technician will also be responsible for maintaining safety standards while delivering high-quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units & furnaces
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns in buildings..
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in various environments, including residential homes and commercial properties.
Skills
- Proficient in equipment repair and maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to build and install HVAC components.
- Experience as a service technician with a focus on air conditioning systems.
- Familiarity with property maintenance practices related to HVAC systems.
- Valid driver's license for van driving responsibilities associated with the role.
- Knowledge of appliance repair techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various settings.
