Location: Servicing areas: Brunswick and New Hanover Counties
Pay: Competitive, performance-based commissions (discuss at interview)

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license own reliable transport (no exceptions)
- Local residency & verifiable phone
- Strong communication & work history (references checked)
- Lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable on tall boats, in tight spaces & around water (must swim)
Core Duties:
- Wash, wax, polish exteriors (incl. heights, chrome, canvas)
- Interior cleaning (cabins, kitchens, engines)
- Use company app & follow processes
- Wear company uniform (50% cost split); maintain gear/tools/app reporting
