Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. Responsible for service calls, repairs, and complete unit turnovers. This role requires drywall repairs, painting, rehabs, clean outs, plumbing, miscellaneous repairs to turn over a unit to rent. Needing someone who can finish it from start to finish. Needs to be self motivated, have problem solving skills and attention to detail. Must be able to work independently and mange time effectively. Pay depends on experience.
