NOW HIRING PART-TIME SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, 8 hours per day - 7AM-330PM
Job Description:
Empty and change trash can liners, wipe and maintain cleanliness of entire receptacle. Pick up litter, trash and debris through common area, parking lot, landscape planters, trash enclosures and courtyards. Wipe down window sills, remove graffiti where possible – notify management if further removal is necessary. Sweep, and remove surface debris on all walkways and inside trash rooms. All sidewalks, store fronts, parking areas to be maintained free of spills, stains and gum. Remove cob webs, wipe down handrails, remove hand bills, trash, and fliers. Report homeless issues, bulk items and abandoned vehicles.
Job Requirements:

-Reliable transportation
-Authorized to work in US.
-Ability to communicate in English and/or Spanish
Job Type: Part-time
