Duties
- Operate cash registers and POS systems .
- Handle cash, credit, and electronic transactions while maintaining precise cash register operations.
- Prepare and serve fresh deli items, including slicing meats, assembling sandwiches, and managing food display areas with proper sanitation.
- Assist customers with food service orders, upselling products to enhance their experience and increase sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and proper food handling procedures.
- Restock deli shelves, display cases, and retail sections to ensure product availability and visual appeal.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely for food preparation tasks while managing time effectively during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast-food restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
