Full Job Description
Quality Inspector: We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure our parts and processes meet required specifications and customer expectations. This role is critical to maintaining high standards in our machining and manufacturing operations.
Job Type: Full-time
2nd shift (4:30pm-3:00am Monday – Thursday)
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour based on experience

Quality Inspector Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment preferred
· Strong understanding of blueprints and GD&T (preferred)
· Experience with measuring tools and inspection equipment
· High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Quality Inspector Responsibilities:
· Inspect machined parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM if applicable)
· Read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications
· Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections
· Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
· Identify non-conforming products and assist with corrective actions
· Work closely with machinists and production team to resolve quality issues
· Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures
