Administrative Shipping Assistant: We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our shipping department. This role is responsible for coordinating paperwork, communicating with carriers and customers, and helping ensure shipments are processed accurately and on time.
Job Type: Full-time
1st shift (6:00am – 3:30pm Monday- Thursday, 6:00am – 12:00pm Friday)
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience

Qualifications:
· Previous administrative or office experience preferred
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, email, excel and customer portals
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Manufacturing or shipping experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
· Prepare and process shipping paperwork, labels, and packing lists
· Schedule freight pickups and communicate with carriers
· Track shipments and provide updates to customers and internal teams
· Enter and maintain shipping data in company systems
· Assist with inventory and shipping documentation
· Answer phone calls and emails related to shipping and receiving
· Assist with packaging and closing up shipments
