Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and trimming to keep outdoor areas pristine and healthy
- Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to ensure proper care and health management
- Operate hand tools, power tools safely and effectively on various projects
- Assist with hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other construction elements
- Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, planting, and removal as needed for safety and aesthetics
Skills
- Experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and snow plowing to handle seasonal demands
- Knowledge of plant identification to ensure proper care and disease prevention
- Construction experience related to hardscape installation or landscape structures is a plus
- Skilled in using hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes alongside power tools like trimmers or blowers
- Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming, planting, or removal for safety or aesthetic purposes
