What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Leasing Consultant position at J&J Investment Properties LLC?
We are looking to fill a Leasing Agent position under our Senior Property Manager to help us run our 200-unit multifamily portfolio of rental properties in Albany, NY. You must have at least 5-years of leasing experience and have knowledge regarding property management.
Responsibilities primarily include marketing properties, coordinating property showings, and facilitating the leasing process with prospective renters (everything from start to finish). In addition to leasing responsibilities, this position will assist the Senior Property Manager in fielding maintenance requests from existing residents, maintaining existing tenant relationships, and performing other property management related tasks.
The position will be required to be in office Monday to Friday, and the office is located in Albany, NY. This position will be under our Senior Property Manager (she's great)!
We require that you are able to use Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook efficiently (this is REQUIRED).
