Are you a skilled leader with experience in excavation and trucking looking for a new opportunity in Corvallis, MT? J & J Excavating & Trucking is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Working Foreman. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating excavation projects, as well as leading a team of dedicated workers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate excavation projects from start to finish
- Lead a team of workers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in excavation and trucking
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
