Job Responsibilities:
Manage all on-site activities and make sure projects are completed on time and within budget
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure work is being done to specifications
Oversee the safety of all workers on site and ensure that all safety protocols are being followed
Review and approve project plans, budgets, and schedules
Maintain open communication with project stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress
Qualifications:
Civil, Utilities, and Prep Experience
At least 5 years of experience in civil construction
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
