Job Description
J&J ERS is a locally owned and family-operated restoration company with over 20 years of experience. We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Restoration Technician to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on position helping residential and commercial customers recover from water, fire, mold, and other property damage. Training is provided.

Responsibilities
- Assist with water, fire, mold, and restoration projects
- Perform water extraction, demolition, cleanup, and removal of damaged materials
- Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment
- Take moisture readings and job-site photos
- Complete basic job documentation and daily reports
- Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Communicate job progress and issues with management
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physical work and lift heavy objects
- Comfortable using a smartphone and basic technology
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including on-call and weekends as needed
- Ability to travel when required
- Restoration or construction experience is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
No restoration experience? No problem. We are willing to train dependable candidates who are ready to learn and work.
