J & J Equipment has an immediate opening for a Service Technician
J & J Equipment has been in business for over 25 years. We're a local, family-owned small business. We operate out of our 10,500 sq. ft., state-of-the-art facility located in the heart of Cicero.
Our business operations include: Selling, renting and servicing several lines of municipal & contractor equipment including street sweepers, refuse vehicles, sewer equipment and pavement equipment.
We're looking for a candidate that has a good work ethic, a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new equipment. DC Electrical troubleshooting ability, hydraulic and municipal equipment experience helpful.
Candidate must have a valid/clean NYS driver's license with ability to obtain a CDL Class B license. J & J Equipment will assist the right candidate with obtaining CDL. Must have own tools. Salary range depending on experience.
Duties of this position will include, but not limited to:
- Service/repair of our full line of rental equipment, both in shop and on the road
- Service/repair of customer-owned highway equipment
