Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of condo units, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing all surfaces to uphold hygiene standards.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness by cleaning appliances, countertops, sinks, and ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed.
- Provide exceptional customer service taking care of what is needed.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked, organized, and used efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. cleaning supplies will be provided.
- take care of waste disposal, bathroom cleaning and sanitation, and cleaning common areas within each condo.
Experience
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable.
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or housecleaning management provides a strong foundation for this role.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques for bathrooms, kitchen, mopping, vacuumimg, dusting and removing trash enhances your ability to deliver exceptional results.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures ensures a safe working environment for yourself and residents.
- Customer service experience helps you address needs courteously.
