Local B2B Sales Closer Needed – Commercial Cleaning (Baltimore / Maryland) – $500-$1,500 Pay-Per-Close
Job Description:
We are a growing commercial cleaning company looking for a local, high-energy Sales Closerbased in the Baltimore, MD metro area to handle our client walkthroughs and close deals.Note: I handle the operations and cleaning, but I need an expert to completely run the sales and closing side.Your Responsibilities:- Lead generation and outreach to local commercial properties (medical offices, property managers, daycares, corporate offices).
- Attend in-person site walkthroughs at local businesses to assess their cleaning needs.
- Present our pricing proposals and secure the signed recurring contract.
- Tier 1 (Small accounts under $1k/mo): $500 flat fee
- Tier 2 (Medium accounts $1k–$3k/mo): $1,500 flat fee
- Tier 3 (Large accounts over $3k/mo): $3,000 flat fee
- (Fees are paid out 50% upon the client’s first completed cleaning and 50% after the client completes 90 days of service).
- Must live in the Baltimore/Maryland area and have reliable transportation for in-person meetings.
- Proven track record in B2B sales (experience selling to property managers, offices, or facility managers is a massive plus).
- Must be highly professional, organized, and confident closing deals independently.
