Duties
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the office space
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, countertops, and fixtures
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to ensure clarity and shine
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
- Disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and fixtures, ensuring hygiene standards are met
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap as needed
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required
- Custodial or janitorial experience will be considered an asset
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and efficiency
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
