Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Representative role based in Lawrenceville, GA. This role combines customer service, administrative support, and occasional hands-on operational assistance. The Customer Support Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers and direct them to the product that best suits their needs. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, processing orders, creating daily reports, and ensuring that office operations run smoothly. The role involves coordinating with internal teams such as sales, operations, and logistics to address concerns, prevent recurring issues, and support continuous improvement. In the absence of appropriate personnel, this role may be responsible for outdoor yard duties such as the loading of material for customers. This role is also responsible for administrative tasks such as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office space including our showroom and reporting any necessary repairs to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to deliver consistent, high-quality customer support and maintain a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills and active listening abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and external vendors in a professional manner.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Comfort using credit card machines, ticketing systems, and basic office applications including Microsoft Excel.
• Construction and/or brick industry background preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 75lbs. as needed.
• Willingness to assist with occasional outdoor yard duties and customer material loading.

Hours

Monday-Friday 7:00AM - 4:00PM

Starting Salary

$18/hr and up depending on qualifications and experience
