Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Appraiser Trainee to join our team in Lumberton, TX. This is a hybrid role with the ability to work from home on certain tasks. The trainee will assist with property inspections, collect and analyze data, help prepare appraisal reports, and work directly with licensed appraisers throughout the process.
We provide structured training and hands-on guidance to ensure you obtain all experience hours required for licensure. Flexibility with work hours is important, as inspection schedules and workloads can vary.
