Job Purpose: To ensure all natural gas and pipeline construction projects are executed in compliance with company standards, client requirements, and applicable industry codes by implementing quality assurance and quality control measures.

Job Duties:
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures for natural gas and pipeline projects.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents for compliance with industry codes (ASME, API, DOT, OSHA, etc.).
- Perform inspections and testing of materials, welds, coatings, hydrostatic testing, and installations.
- Document and report non-conformances, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
- Verify calibration and certification of testing equipment and tools.
- Monitor subcontractors and field crews to ensure adherence to QA/QC standards.
- Prepare inspection reports, test records, and documentation for project closeout.
- Support project audits and regulatory inspections.
- Provide training, guidance, and quality oversight to field crews.
- Ensure personal and team safety during all QA/QC tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Current Driver’s License.
- 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in natural gas, oil, or pipeline construction.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant codes and standards (API 1104, ASME B31.8, DOT Part 192, NACE, AWS).
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with teams and coordinating with contractors.
- Attention to detail, initiative, and reliability. Preferred Certifications (not required):
