Role Description This is a full-time, field-based Outside Sales role covering Southern Louisiana and surrounding oilfield markets. The role involves generating and managing client leads, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering tailored transportation solutions to operators, E&P companies, and oilfield service providers throughout the region. The representative will work closely with our dispatch and operations teams to ensure seamless service execution and will regularly travel throughout the territory to develop and grow their book of business.
In this role, success looks like building a pipeline of active accounts within the first six months, converting those relationships into recurring revenue, and becoming the go-to transportation contact for customers across the territory.
Qualifications
- Proven outside sales or account management experience, preferably in oilfield, energy, or transportation
- Established relationships with operators, E&P companies, or oilfield service providers in Southern Louisiana or the Gulf Coast region strongly preferred
- Ability to clearly communicate service capabilities and guide customers through transportation solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a self-starter mentality
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment with regular regional travel
- Prior oilfield or transportation industry experience is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred — relevant field experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
