- Perform animal handling and restraint safely during grooming, veterinary visits, or routine care.
- Assist with dog training techniques to reinforce good behavior and obedience.
- Monitor animals for signs of distress or health issues; communicate concerns promptly to pet owners or veterinary professionals.
- Maintain cleanliness of pet areas, including kennels, cages, or outdoor spaces, ensuring a hygienic environment.
- Support pet grooming activities such as bathing, brushing, and nail trimming when required.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in pet sitting, animal handling, or kennel work is highly preferred.
