Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor chemical processing lines for metal finishing applications
- Load and unload parts onto racks, barrels, or fixtures for processing
- Monitor chemical bath concentrations, temperatures, and process parameters
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure finished parts meet specifications
- Maintain accurate production logs and process records
- Follow strict safety protocols when handling hazardous chemicals and materials
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and report any malfunctions
- Keep work area clean and organized in compliance with safety and environmental standards
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, chemical processing, or metal finishing environment preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions for chemical handling procedures
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and proper PPE usage
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team-oriented work ethic
- High school diploma or GED preferred
