JUGO Wellness - Juice Barista

JUGO Wellness is a premium juice and wellness destination rooted in quality ingredients, elevated experiences, and community. We’re looking for Juice Baristas who bring great energy, strong work ethic, and genuine care for the guest experience.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, take pride in their work, and want to grow with a wellness-focused brand.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare smoothies, juices, coffee, and toasts to JUGO standards
• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store throughout each shift
• Learn the menu and confidently speak to ingredients and benefits
• Support opening, mid, and closing shifts as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 with authorization to work in the U.S.
• Available at least 20 hours per week, including weekends
• Comfortable standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work in coolers/freezers
• Reliable, positive, team-oriented mindset
• Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain
