Job Description:
We are looking for someone who can help us develop new lines of finished cladding, decking and even custom woodworking projects. This position will also be in charge of sample fulfillment and custom sample creation for customers. They will work hand in hand with marketing, sales, and project management to color match samples and consult on wood finishing. They will also help develop new sample kits and sampling procedures to include sample boxes, labels, new product ideas, etc. This position will be responsible for tracking all sample requests and maintaining a log of requests. Additional responsibilities can also include working with marketing on graphic design and even web design as new products are created and launched to our customers. This position has a lot of potential and opportunities for growth as our Alpha line of finished products continue to grow.

Position Requirements:
- Adobe Creative Cloud experience a plus
- Experience finishing wood with stains and top coats a plus
- Good eye for color and color matching
- Understanding of color theory
- Basic graphic design skills and an eye for design
- Must be on site in White Marsh, MD location: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Annual base salary, range from $50,000 to $70,000 based on experience
