Responsibilities
- Lead classroom activities, facilitate discussions, and encourage active student participation.
- Mentor and support teaching staff and interns to ensure effective instructional practices.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the preparation of instructional materials and resources to enhance learning outcomes.
- Monitor classroom environments to ensure safety, inclusivity, and engagement.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and curriculum review processes to promote continuous improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of student attendance, performance, and feedback to inform program development.

Pay: $23.93 - $28.82 per hour
